Administrative procedures and documentation
The documentary part is related to all documents and applications required by the institutions in order to legalize the project and to install the photovoltaic plant. These procedures include the issuance of building permits, package of documents for accession report issued by the relevant ERC, documents for the issuance and transfer of green energy certificates, etc. If you are outside the country and intend to invest in your own solar facility, we can assist you in all administrative procedures. All you have to do is to prepare a notarized power of attorney to us in order to represent you before the relevant institutions.
In general, the stages that the project implementation goes through in a documentary aspect are the following:
- Sketch with design visa
- Submission of an application for research and opinion report, which is sent to the Electricity Distribution Company
- Connection point (determined by location and substation) – assessed by the EDC
- Design
- Building permit
- Contract with Electricity Distribution Company
- Installation of a photovoltaic power plant
- Admissions Committee
- Signing Purchase agreement with the Electricity Distribution Company
- Switching on the photovoltaic plant and start of its exploitation
